Points

The unit of account in the Blocklive economy.

Because Blocklive events run onchain with fees often subsidized by Blocklive or an external provider ("paymaster"), we use points to rate limit costly actions in the system and ensure all events run smoothly. Points can be purchased or earned.

• Team points: Accrue to one team and can be spent creating and managing events.

• Personal points: Can be earned by individuals and travel with the user across teams.
