# What is Blocklive?

Blocklive is an entertainment infrastructure platform. With Blocklive, event producers can control their ticket sales and create consumer journeys onchain with Acts, Points, and Exclusive Drops.&#x20;

Blocklive can be understood in three parts:

* **Blocklive App**: an event production and management application for producers to launch onchain experiences.&#x20;
* **Blocklive Middleware**: progressive wallet applications designed for a mixed crypto-savvy and naive audiences, as well as infrastructure for on- and off-chain payments.
* **Blocklive Contracts**: a set of smart contracts and NFT standards designed specifically for use cases in entertainment such as ticketing, memberships, and interactive digital merch.
